Hello, I am Thierry, a Partner at one of the big 4 consulting firms in the world, and I am please to welcome you to SporTeGrity = Sport + Integrity. This application has been helping me (since 2015) to be the best I can be. It motivates me and makes me more disciplined and driven. That is why I have now decided to share this well proven application with you.

Unlike other sport applications, it is self-centred and I only compete with myself, in line with my own skills and capabilities.

Every week we improve the performance of the application thanks to your feedback.

Track your fitness, meditation and other activities with SporTeGrity. Record your performances and get an STG score to compare your commitment, integrity and discipline with your community friends. It will keep you motivated and will help you reach your commitment goals. It will help you be more discipline, keep your life on-schedule and meet deadlines.



Plan your training period, set goals and go! SporTeGrity allows you to daily:

Define a maximum of three activities you want and choose your commitment period
