كيفية استخدام تطبيق إيرباق لمزوّدي الخدمة:
تحتاج إلى التسجيل وبمجرد قيامك بذلك، سنرشدك بكيفية تصفح طلبات الصيانة القريبة منك حتى تتمكن من الوصول الى العُملاء المحتملين القريبين وإرسال تسعيرات واستقبالهُم مباشرة.
لماذا إيرباق؟
• استقبل طلبات صيانة وفقًا لجدولك الخاص: يمكنك استقبال طلبات الصيانة في وقتك المتاح وفي أي مكان حتى تتمكن من الحفاظ على المرونة والحرية لإدارة عملك بفعالية وبدون إلتزامات.
• تواصل مع عملائك مباشرةً: تتبّع التغييرات في موقع الصيانة، وتحديثات الوقت المقدّر للانتهاء من الإصلاح، وإجراءات الإلغاء، حيث يتم التواصل مع العملاء مباشرةً من خلال التطبيق، لذلك لن تضطر إلى إضاعة الوقت في الاتصال بنا أو بالعميل كلما كان هناك تحديث مهم أثناء طلبات الإصلاح النشطة.
