Photo translator application will allow you to translate pictures in Arabic/English to many different translations.
Simply select the picture language from the setting and import the picture from the photo library or directly from the camera, Once you have it done select the language you would like to translate to and click translate.
With very easy interface and many different functionality:

Import from the photo library or directly from the camera.
Support Arabic and English for OCR.
Having many languages for translation.
Scan documents from the menu option and translate it directly.
