The data collection is based on GPS/GNSS data and is compatible with various devices. Some of which connect directly to the app for the highest quality data collection. The solutions which provide the best quality data are:

Alternatively, the app is compatible with any GPS device which pairs to the iPhone. 

Additionally, when using the internal iPhone GPS the app contains an optional sensor fusion algorithm to interpolate between the 1hz GPS updates that the internal sensor provides. Typically 1hz is too slow for motorsports applications but this may provide usable data with no additional hardware required.

* Add start/finish lines after run recording! If you choose to record runs without setting start/finish lines beforehand you can now set them after the fact in analytics tab. After setting new start and finish lines the app will reprocess all of the data to reflect accurate run times.

* Made pinch zoom higher priority gesture in analytics view. Pinch zoom should now feel more natural and reliable.
* Some UI changes to video export (added runtime to video overlay)
* Some changes to the sensor fusion algorithm when using internal GPS
* File browser shows runs in numerical order now
