Battery Day
iPhone / Utilitaires
Before leaving for a long day, heading into a meeting, or starting a trip, the question is always the same — will the phone make it? PowerDay checks the battery against twelve real-life scenarios — video calls, navigation, gaming, streaming, commuting, camera use, and more — and returns a clear verdict: ready, charge soon, risky, or low. Each check captures battery level, device temperature, screen brightness, and power mode status, then scores every scenario individually so the result reflects actual planned use rather than a raw percentage. The history screen logs every past check with full details, swipe-to-favorite, and filterable views by readiness level, battery state, or thermal condition. The Insights tab breaks down the past week: average readiness, how often the battery hit critical levels, which scenarios came back risky most often, and which action was recommended repeatedly. Battery Coach scores habits across the past seven days and surfaces observations based on real patterns — thermal events, Low Power Mode use, frequency of low-level checks, and average battery at check time. Usage Forecast takes the current battery level and calculates how long it will last at light, normal, or heavy use, with a breakdown of which activities are safe and which to avoid for each mode. Charge Planner answers the practical question of when to plug in: set a target percentage and a deadline, and it outputs exactly when to start charging, or flags immediately if there is not enough time to reach the goal. Emergency Toolkit lists ten concrete actions when the battery is already in the red, each with a step-by-step instruction and an estimated number of minutes gained. Thermal History charts device temperature across the past fourteen days, logs individual hot events with battery level and timestamp, and makes patterns between usage habits and heat visible over time. No account is required, nothing is sent anywhere, and every piece of data stays on the device.
