Device Management System (DMS) app from BB Computerteknikk AS (BBC) is an app for managing and tracking all self-service devices delivered by BBC.
The app shows online status, alarm messages and their current state. You can capture the screen of a device and see exactly the same picture as the passenger. Software updates can also be performed remotely.
Two-factor authentication with role-based access allows the implementation of this solution in any organization - from floor walker to maintenance personnel.
