It’s easy to report a pothole, broken street light, or make a city service request—simply use the city of Mankato’s 311 mobile app. City of Mankato 311 can also be used to report graffiti, damaged street signs, abandoned vehicles and more. Photos can be uploaded with each service request, which customers can track. Reports are routed to city staff to help answer questions and provide solutions.
