Dixie HSMS app is intended for semiconductor factory automations. It supports HSMS, GEM, SECS-II Simulator like SecSim. It is possible to use SML to define messages.

SEMI E.37 HSMS
This is basically an iPad version of Dixie simulator which runs on Windows OS.
