DoughBuddy+ is a general recipe designer and calculator app focused on dough calculation that helps you make bread, pizza, etc. using sourdough, yeast, or unleavened mixtures. Using a target dough hydration rate you can easily make changes to the recipe and all of the required liquid calculations will be taken care of! When ingredients are added to a recipe they can introduce liquids. This dough calculator makes it easy to tweak any aspect of your recipe and keep your hydration ratio constant.

Aside from regular dough there is also a custom calculator specifically for flat breads like pizza. The app will guide you through the steps to create your perfect recipe. 

Changing the size of the pizza or any flat bread? Looking to create a Neapolitan, Sicilian, or New York Style pizza? Given a desired style of pizza you are after, you can select the size of the pizza you wish to create and the dough calculator will adjust how much of all the ingredients are needed for the new size.

You can create your own recipe or modify existing recipe, and save it for later use as well as add step by step instructions with the ability to attached specific amounts of any of the ingredients to each step.

Expecting guests for dinner? Change the dosage count. Change leaven type to sourdough, yeast, or unleavened and the directions are updated for you automatically!

DoughBuddy+ comes packaged with seven recipes mainly focused around sourdough however with the press of a button convert it to a yeast based recipe.
