Your benefit: The unique selling point of the Fairflexx Lead Management System is the digital processing of trade fair visit notes on paper. With Fairflexx Capture, it is possible to carry out the capture purely digitally on the tablet without a paper form - or both, with a paper form and with digital processing. That's the key advantage. For example, you can continue to work with paper for reasons of technical reliability or simply because not everyone on the stand staff wants to work with paper in addition to digital recording. Fairflexx ensures that both types of lead capture come together technically.
Technology: The app is used in connection with the lead management system Fairflexx. The digital questionnaires are defined on the Fairflexx system and then downloaded to the tablets. The advantage of this technology is that the questionnaires are managed centrally and can be used on any number of tablets.
Functionality: The functionality of the fairflexxCapture app is divided into the following areas: digital questionnaire, notes and sketches, photo of the business card(s), photo of attachments and objects. An online connection to the Fairflexx lead management system is only necessary if new or changed questionnaires are to be downloaded onto the tablet or the collected leads are to be uploaded to the Fairflexx lead management system.
Integration: The app always records a complete lead. All documents are collected and form a bracket so that the data can be further processed as a lead in the Fairflexx Lead Management System. After successful registration in the Fairflexx cloud, the corresponding event can be selected and all documents are uploaded to the Fairflexx servers via a secure connection. The data is deleted from the tablet after each successful transfer.
