Once you have selected your self-imposed limits you will be sent reminders via the app and sms to enable you to maintain your limits and manage your time spent gambling.

Visiting a partner gambling arcade, casino or betting shop Gamblewise will automatically start the monitoring process.You have the option to amend and change your limits and functions anytime to suit your needs once you are a Gamblewise customer.
