This app is the companion mobile application to GP Communicator that allows you to access the system on the go. GP Communicator is an automated communication follow up system solution for lead generation. This system enables you to bring all your leads into a single platform and functions as your branded virtual assistant. This app automatically performs the “heavy lifting” by providing automated initial follow up contact to all of your prospects. This frees you up to spend your time on the pre-qualified leads that respond back to the GP Communicator.

GP Communicator’s customizable multi-channel response system enables you to automatically follow up with leads using text messages, ringless voicemail drops, email, live call transfer, and Facebook messenger. The system’s integrated CRM allows you to track all conversations, lead contact information, and opportunity pipeline status.

Engage your leads and clients using two-way text messaging. GP Communicator also provides you the ability to customize text message template responses that will enable you to have text messages ready to go at the touch of a button.

Ringless Voicemail
Drop a ringless voicemail to your prospect’s phone using a pre-recorded message.

Live Call Transfer
When a lead comes in, you can trigger a live phone call to a lead.

Reviews Management
When potential clients are searching for products or services and find you on the Internet they are going to look at your online reviews. GP Communicator also offers a full featured Appointment Booking Engine. Use GP Communicator’s calendar options to set and management appointments. The system also offers customizable triggers to create campaigns for no shows appointments, reminders, and cancellations.
