Touchwork has been operating since 2003 and is a global player when it comes to customer experience managment.
The Kinetica TouchandTell app is a survey capture tool front-end for Touchwork's Kinetica CX managment platform. Surveys of any length or style can be configured via the Kinetica platform management portal and then loaded into the Kinetica TouchandTell app to allow customers to then capture feedback data for that particular survey.
To see what Kinetica TouchandTell is capable of doing, download the app and enter the string 'touchworkdemo' or 'restaurantdemo' (without the apostrophes) when prompted for a Configuration ID.
