Konnect-U is a research app that help us to connect with you and know more about you, your lifestyle and how you use different products. There are different ways in which you can share you views with us via text message, video, pics, audio files. All the content shared by you will be kept confidential. We will only use it for research purpose.

This is an app which can be used for multiple type of research-quantitative, qualitative, surveys etc. You can be a part of study group or we can interact with you individually to take your feedback. Online communities can also be created in which participants can react to each other’s post. To participate you need to receive an invite from us that will contain download and login instructions. You can choose how you want to appear on app-by your name or mobile number.

After downloading the app you will see the study name for which you have been recruited. You need to click on the study name and follow instructions given. Clear instructions would be provided to you at the start of research.

Sometimes moderator can interact with you on app to ask certain questions and would request you to share videos, pics of certain tasks. For example, we can ask you to take video of how you are washing your clothes or how you are making your cup of tea. Study group can be made active for a day or multiple days.

Mobile app’s media will be stored in memory of the phone and not be available on user’s gallery. When study would get completed, users would be removed from the group and all the media would be wiped out from user’s phone. Data can be entered in the app on anytime of the day but you need to be connected to internet to upload the data. Once the data is uploaded, it wouldn’t be available to edit.
