The MES app helps maple syrup producers and enthusiasts alike to quickly calculate must have data on the go. Features the following:
- Email sap collection data
- How many gallons of syrup can be made from maple sap using the revisited Jones Rule of 86
- Calculate RO rejection rates
- Calculate membrane efficiencies
- Calculate concentrate brix from incoming raw brix and flow
- Calculate syrup boiling point based on barometric pressure and altitude
- Calculate syrup density from given temperatures
Works for both 66.0 and 66.9 brix syrup. Allows the user to save their email and brix preferences.
