Mume is a VPN client which implements custom proxies leveraging Network Extension framework introduced by Apple since iOS 9. You can configure which traffics route to proxy servers.

This app works better on iOS 10 than iOS 9, if you cannot connect to VPN server, you may try to upgrade to iOS 10 first. Please send email to mume@mumevpn.com for any questions, I will reply ASAP.
