The My Vivacom mobile application has a modern and clean interface that makes using the application intuitive and pleasant and facilitates the management of mobile, internet and TV services:
- All services are now sorted by contract and invoice – so you can easily find what you are looking for. You can see the latest invoice immediately, with direct access to the payment page.
- Service management according to your needs – activation of roaming and additional packages, EON profile settings, devices, equipment and internet;
- Faster access to important information, such as mobile consumption and other main sections;
- Personalized offers completely online;
- Expanded support section for even faster assistance.

The My Vivacom mobile application is available to all Vivacom Bulgaria customers – with a postpaid, prepaid or business plan. It can be used with a mobile number or by registering with an email address.
