NetSeat Grid is a simple, offline session log for internet cafés. Register each
computer, console or booth, start a timed session when a customer sits down,
watch every running session live, then stop a session to bill it — time charges
plus any snacks or drinks sold. No account is required and no internet
connection is needed; everything is stored privately on your device.
Built for café staff who just want to track who is on which station, what is
owed, and how the day's takings are adding up — without spreadsheets, logins or
cloud sign-ups.
What you can do:
- Set up your floor: add PCs, consoles, VR booths, racing rigs or lounge seats,
each with its own hourly rate.
- Start a session in seconds — pick an idle station, optionally tag the
customer, confirm the rate, and the timer begins.
- Watch the live board: every active session shows elapsed time and the running
cost so far, updating second by second.
- Stop & bill in one place: the time charge is calculated automatically, add any
snacks or drinks sold, see the grand total and mark it paid.
- Keep a clean payment log: completed sessions become tidy, receipt-style
records grouped by day.
- See your numbers: a Reports screen summarises revenue, hours sold, the
time-charge vs. snacks split, and your busiest stations.
