Elbow Cut Details
Tap ELBOW CUT to see exactly where to mark and cut your elbow — inside arc (primary cut line), outside arc (alternative wrap method), and setback from the elbow face. Supports both Long Radius and Short Radius elbows with mm/inch toggle.

Pipe Dimension Database
Choose from standard NPS sizes (1/2" through 8") with both Long Radius and Short Radius elbow options. Centre-to-end and radius values are built in — no need to look them up.

Multi-Stick Cut List
When your pipe cut exceeds stock length, the app automatically calculates how many sticks you need and generates a cut list. Weld gap is deducted per joint — exactly how you count gaps on site.

Configurable Stock Length
Set your standard pipe stick length to match your region: 6m metric, 20 ft, 24 ft, 40 ft, or enter a custom value.

Weld Gap Deduction
Set a root gap per weld joint and the app deducts the correct total across all joints — including elbow welds and mid-joint field welds on multi-stick fabrications.

CAD-Style Spool Diagram
A clear geometry visualisation shows your pipe offset with elbow curvature, dimension callouts, and weld joint markers. Pinch to zoom and pan for detail.
