This application will read a Near Field Communication (NFC) enabled item and automatically perform the specified action based on the content of the tag. Unlike some other NFC launch applications we do not perform any form of tracking on activity so it is extremely quick to produce a result.

The currently supported NFC Forum types in this version:

URL - http:// ; https://
URI - example ftp:// ; ftps://
Text - plain text
Telephone - tel:xxxxx
Email - mailto: xxxx@xxxxx
SMS - sms: xxxxxxx
GEO - geo: latitude, longitude

Note that when text is found and displayed it is possible to copy the text to the clipboard so it can be pasted into any other application.

We also handle .vcf contact detail files so they can be added to your contacts.

For the techies out there you can also view all the NDEF records contained on a NFC tag.

It is a free app that anyone can use to bring the physical and digital world together with use of NFC.
