This all will allow the user to manager passwords offline. The passwords will be saved locally on the device encrypted. The user will be able to export the data locally for backup purpose. The main idea is to avoid uploading the data to the cloud which is never really safe. That means, your data is always with you... to with anyone. And of-course you will be back to back up to your favorite location of your choice.
