Sandar for Frigate NVR

Already use Frigate NVR? Sandar brings your cameras to Apple TV in a native experience built for at-a-glance monitoring from the couch or as a dedicated security display.
Sandar connects to your existing Frigate server. It does not include or configure an NVR.
LIVE CAMERA GRID
See every camera in a clean, customizable grid with two to six columns. Enable live previews, open any camera full screen, and tailor the layout to your system.
DETECTION-AWARE VIEWING
When Frigate detects a person, car, or another configured object, Sandar highlights the active feed and can move cameras with activity to the front.
PHOTO SCREENSAVER
Display All Photos, Favorites, Recent, or iCloud Shared Albums inside Sandar. When activity is detected, Sandar can switch from the slideshow to the active cameras, then return to your photos after the event clears.
BIRDSEYE
Put Frigate’s combined Birdseye view front and center for an at-a-glance look across your property. Requires Birdseye to be enabled on your server.
AUTO-ROTATE
Create a dedicated camera monitor that cycles through feeds automatically. Choose how long each camera stays on screen.
ADAPTIVE STREAMING
Sandar checks each go2rtc stream and selects the best supported playback option, with main stream, substream, and snapshot fallbacks. Prefer performance or quality globally, or override the stream for individual cameras.
CAMERA PRIVACY
Camera feeds connect directly from Apple TV to your Frigate server. Sandar does not upload your camera video or photos, and no Sandar account is required.

• go2rtc configured for live streaming
• Network access from Apple TV to your Frigate server
