Shortcuts is now the easiest way to create shortcut buttons, simply create a shortcut containing "Get My Shortcuts" > "Choose From List" > "Get Dictionary from Input" > "New Button for Shortcut". This can also be used to create shortcuts that create buttons for all shortcuts in a folder when run.
