Siyana
The Siyana is designed and developed to help you organize and manage your building Maintenance Request and contracts. This app will allow you to conduct quick inspections and collect required maintenance request/issues in minutes from the tenant. Siyana evaluate conditions of functional areas and create building service orders with your smartphone or tablet. Siyana allows a property manager/supervisor to provide timely customer service by resolving maintenance issues reported by tenants. Special features enable the tenant to include photos, voice recording, messaging and comments. Siyana is great for small, medium, and large properties maintenance management.
Siyana has 2 mobile app actors: 1) A tenant who report maintenance issue and 2) A building supervisor who receive and solve reported maintenance issues. Siyana also has an admin panel for landlord to see an overview of all requests and their current status.

Submit new maintenance request: Siyana mobile app allows tenants to create a maintenance request in less than a 30 seconds with or without attachments. Within no time respective building supervisor receive a notification of the request. Allows supervisor view the issues and do the necessary arrangement accordingly. App captures the exact Date and Time of the request which ease to track time of request being sent/received.
Keep tenants updated on repairs/request: Siyana mobile app manage long-term stay properties, tenants can easily submit maintenance requests and view the status of them at any time.
Contracts/Payment
Siyana supports all kinds of rental Payment related to their contract. All due payment will be tracked easily by storing the payment status like paid, unpaid and cheque return in the application. Allows to view their contract details and due payment in a single click.
Directory/Companies
Emergency Contact: Siyana provides tenant access to emergency contact details of respective building supervisor for easy communication.
Company Directory: For supervisor, Siyana provides list of maintenance services companies with company employee contact details which ease communication and resolve maintenance issues reported by tenants faster.
