Chicago Tow Check helps Chicagoans find their towed vehicles. It covers both vehicles that have been impounded and vehicles which have been relocated to a new address on an emergency basis. Search for your car via license plate or by looking through recently towed vehicles. The app provides tocation information, directions, maps, phone numbers, and information about the recovery process, including potential fees and legal recourse for contesting a tow.

Chicago Tow Check 2.2 fixes a bug where selecting a vehicle while filtering could bring up information about the wrong car. It also fixes a number of minor mistakes in the information section. And it has minor UI improvements, including a new animation when filtering the list of towed cars.
