THIS IS A SUBSCRIPTION APP. The subscription plan is $17.99 per month and you will get access to unlimited real estate estimates based on 64 unique options regarding your property that can be easily edited at any time. Your subscription can easily be canceled at any time by turning off auto-renewal in your iTunes Account Settings. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You will be able to use the app for 7 days before the $17.99 monthly subscription begins.

Apple Subscription Terms:

• Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase

• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period

• An account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal
