when their client is moving home, i.e. Electricity, Gas, Phone, Internet, Pay TV and other
services at any time and any location.

2. Give real estate agents greater transparency around the status of their client’s connections
when moving home.

3. Give real estate agents the ability to digitise the temporary Electricity and Gas connection
process in serviceable States.

4. Give real estate agents the ability to offer their clients a service to review their utilities,
helping them save time and find the right products.

5. Give the public access to use YourPorter when moving home to help them connect their
utilities, i.e. Electricity, Gas, Phone, Internet, Pay TV and other services.

6. Give the public the ability to connect Electricity and Gas online, without speaking to a
representative.

7. Give the public the ability to monitor the progress of all utility requests.
