We’re excited to roll out some updates designed to give you more control, flexibility, and ease on the go. Whether you're booking a ride or making a change, this release will make your experience even smoother.
- A Better Ride Reschedule Feature: Plans changed? No problem. You can now reschedule your upcoming bookings directly in the app, without needing to cancel or rebook or call customer care: Navigate to “My Bookings” on your app, tap on it, you’ll see a list of all your recent bookings, tap on the one you want to manage, on the details page, tap on “Reschedule,” and select a new date and time that works for you. Pay the admin fee and complete the process and voilà, you are done.
- Discounts: We want to reward you for being such a loyal customer, so we introduced a new discount feature to celebrate you for the years of your constant patronage.
- Improved Push Notifications: Stay better informed without the noise. Our notification system has been improved to keep you in the loop when it matters most:
· Real-time event updates (Schedule disruptions, unusual stops and so on)
