GoPasco ParaApp

GoPasco provides demand response transportation to qualified residents of Pasco County, Florida. GoPasco gives door-to-door advance reservation rides throughout the County to people who are not able to use regular fixed route transit service because of disability, transportation barriers, income, or age. To use the GoPasco paratransit service, customers must be pre-qualified; an application is available at gopasco.com.

The GoPasco ParaApp gives demand response customers an easy way to manage their trips. After installing the GoPasco ParaApp, call GoPasco at 1-727-834-3322 to activate access. The GoPasco ParaApp offers many helpful tools to make scheduling trips easy:

Bug fixes and Improvements:
- Resolved issue where, when a client has a self-service account with address allowed set to no, the client was able to book a trip using POI addresses from their client profile and recently used addresses from recent trips they have taken.
- Resolved issue where rating a trip was not returning the user to the Past Trips screen.
- Resolved issue where screen titles were not always displayed at the top of the screen.
- Resolved issue where the log out button returned the user to the home page instead of logging out as expected.
- Resolved issue where deep linking failed if app was not already installed.
