“MuangThai Claim Di” is a mobile application developed by Muang Thai Insurance. After launching a mobile application called “MuangThai I Lert U”, it has been determinedly and continuously improving the service capability for the customers.
Therefore “MuangThai Claim Di” was crated to understand usages and serve needs of customers and smart phone users with different functions such as
• Accident notification/ Emergency service
When car accident occurs or you need to use special service such as car breakdown
and cannot move, personal secretary service or house emergency service is required. Just one press on the application, after that the Company’s call center will receive policy and contact information, and your location immediately. Then the Company’s staff will provide service to you promptly and accurately.
• Claim notification (No other party)
You can easily make claim anytime and everywhere in case of claim without the other party. You don’t have to call to the Company and wait for appointment with Company’s staff. Besides, you can get approved and receive evidences via this application, also you can search for Company’s contractual garages or service centers where you can get your car fixed conveniently.
• Condition check-up report
The customers can do condition check-up, take pictures of their cars and submit them to the Company by themselves in order to accompany Motor type 1 insurance proposal Also, all information can also be retained as evidences. Moreover, the customers will receive real-time approval result with policy no. and commencement date of the policy which can be used with other Company’s services immediately.

“MuangThai Claim Di” จึงเกิดขึ้นเพื่อตอบสนองและเข้าถึงการใช้งานของลูกค้าและผู้ใช้บริการ Smart Phone ได้หลากหลายฟังก์ชั่นมากขึ้น ไม่ว่าจะเป็น
• แจ้งอุบัติเหตุ / บริการช่วยเหลือรถเสียฉุกเฉิน
เมื่อรถท่านเกิดอุบัติเหตุ หรือต้องการใช้บริการเสริมพิเศษ อาทิเช่น รถเสียไม่สามารถขับเคลื่อนได้ ต้องการใช้บริการเลขาส่วนตัว หรือบริการช่วยเหลือฉุกเฉินภายในบ้าน เพียงกดปุ่มบริการนี้ Call Center จะได้รับข้อมูลกรมธรรม์ และข้อมูลที่จะสามารถติดต่อรวมทั้งตำแหน่งที่อยู่ของ
ท่านได้ทันที ทำให้เจ้าหน้าที่สามารถให้บริการท่านยังจุดหมายได้อย่างแม่นยำ และรวดเร็ว
• แจ้งทำเคลม (ไม่มีคู่กรณี)
ท่านสามารถทำรายการเคลมแบบไม่มีคู่กรณี ง่ายๆได้เอง ทุกที่ ทุกเวลา โดยไม่ต้องเสียเวลาโทรแจ้งบริษัทฯ และไม่ต้องรอการนัดหมายจากเจ้าหน้าที่ อีกทั้งสามารถทราบผลการอนุมัติพร้อมได้รับหลักฐานผ่านทาง Application นี้ และสามารถค้นหาอู่หรือศูนย์บริการ ที่ท่านสะดวก

• แจ้งตรวจสภาพรถก่อนรับประกัน

ไว้เป็นหลักฐาน อีกทั้งสามารถทราบผลการอนุมัติกรมธรรม์แบบ Real Time ทันที โดยท่านจะได้รับข้อมูลเลขที่กรมธรรม์พร้อมวันที่เริ่มต้นคุ้มครอง ซึ่งท่านสามารถนำข้อมูลดังกล่าวไปใช้บริการอื่นๆของบริษัทฯได้ทันที
