MyPB: Your Powder Byrne Client Concierge
Everything’s possible at Powder Byrne with our new MyPB App. Once you have booked your holiday, the MyPB App will help you access all of the travel information you will need before and during your trip, all in one place. Your MyPB App is tailored to your family’s bespoke travel itinerary, complete with a direct family message board to speak to our Client Concierge team.
The MyPB App also includes some useful features to enhance your experience with Powder Byrne and help you plan for your future adventures: receive push and email notifications to keep you updated with your holiday itinerary, read the latest articles and features from our popular PB Stories blog, access exclusive offers, discounts and events with our hand-picked partners and browse our latest holiday availability.
Your login details will be provided before you travel ensuring you have time to plan your holiday prior to departure. All the information you could possibly need for your holiday will be just a swipe away in your My PB App.
The MyPB App features include:
YOUR FLIGHT & TRANSFER DETAILS
All information including the flight times, terminal and travel duration and your airport transport information will be available in the MyPB app.
YOUR HOTEL INFORMATION:
All the information you will need about your hotel during your stay including details on spa and fitness facilities, sports and activities available and our recommended hotel restaurants.
DETAILS OF THE SKI AREA FOR WINTER HOLIDAYS:
The MyPB app includes information and statistics on your resorts ski area, such as the number and distance of runs, and information on the Powder Byrne adults’ ski programmes and ski guiding provided in your resort.
DETAILS OF THE SURROUNDING AREA & ACTIVITIES ON OFFER FOR SUMMER HOLIDAYS:
Information on your resort’s activities, the local attractions not to be missed and the fascinating cultural traditions and history of the area.
YOUR IN-RESORT TEAM & CLIENT CONCIERGE CONTACT INFORMATION:
Liaise with the Powder Byrne Client Concierge team before you travel and find out who is your Resort Manager by visiting the ‘My Team’ section. Should you wish to speak with a team member, all the necessary contact details are available.
INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR CHILDREN’S PROGRAMMES:
All the information you need on our children’s programmes, including what to bring, what to expect, times, locations and evening activities.
YOUR SPECIAL CLIENT CONCIERGE REQUESTS & BOOKINGS:
Our Client Concierge team is always available to assist with restaurant and activity recommendations and bookings, babysitting services, spa treatments and fitness instruction bookings, special arrangements for birthdays and celebrations and anything else you may require. Everything’s possible with Powder Byrne.
YOUR PRIVATE MESSAGE BOARD:
Your family message board gives you direct access to the Powder Byrne Client Concierge team, meaning you can easily contact them about any aspect of your holiday.
