Bug fixes:
1. Login error will now show when invalid credentials are provided.
2. Fixed links on the login screen.
3. Offline performance on the News page has been improved. When refreshing the page, the original list of news should be restored when offline is detected.
4. Fixed dates and location on events detail screen.
5. Added new scroll view and keyboard to Login, Cruising Notice compose, Members search list. The new keyboard should not obscure any buttons (Login and Cruising Notice page).
