DriveAngel – Your new driving companion!
DriveAngel is a mobile application for smartphones that keeps track of you while you are driving and, on the basis of the change in speed, noise in the vehicle and other parameters, detects an accident and automatically sends an alert to the ORYX Assistance Contact Center, active 24 hours a day all year round. Once an accident is detected, the Contact Center alerts the emergency services and provides them with all the necessary information so that they could help you.
By keeping track of your journey, DriveAngel is able to send you voice and visual alerts warning you of the fact that you have been driving too long without taking a break, for example.
In addition to taking care of your condition while driving, DriveAngel also offers the possibility of displaying various other information, such as the level of loudness/noise in the vehicle, the internet connection status, the duration of the drive, etc. It only takes a single click to install the application and learn more!
With DriveAngel, you can also put the minds of your closest ones at ease. You can share your drive with whomever you choose, and your drive can also be tracked on a digital map via e-mail or SMS.

Just like any other application that uses GPS, when active during the drive DriveAngel will be using your mobile phone battery. When the application is on stand-by, the battery consumption is negligible.
