- ParkXL is RESERVED PARKING that you book from your phone, then drive to a reserved parking spot. No more driving around forever......looking for a place to park. Private Parking that is booked / reserved on the ParkXL app.

- We connect a person that owns an available parking space, with a person that needs a parking space.

- With ParkXL, a homeowner can rent parking spaces in their driveways. This opens many parking spaces in busy areas, and allows the homeowner to make money renting their driveways, with their own schedules.

- Imagine.......no more driving around looking for parking. With ParkXL, simply view the area that you would like to park, pick a space, book the space, and drive to a space RESERVED for you. Keep that space as long as you like during the hours specified by the owner, then check out. Pay for only the time slots that you use.

- ParkXL is for All vehicles, including cars, pick-up trucks, vans, SUV's, Motorcycles, RV's, Campers, Semi-Trucks, Boats, Yachts, Bikes, Planes, Helicopters, basically any vehicle.. and even PEOPLE, such as reserving a space on a Beach with an umbrella in front of a private resort. Many, Many uses.

- Many of the same rules,benefits and expectations apply to ParkXL as they do to RESERVED Parking.

- As with RESERVED Parking, it is assumed that your Reserved space will be open and available for you during the time agreed. Individuals rarely park in a space marked as RESERVED PARKING as they realize that they could be Towed at their expense.

- If somebody is illegally parking in a Reserved space, the individual that has Reserved the space can contact the owner, via the app, to alert the Owner that another car is occupying the space that they have rented – via time / location-stamped photo. The owner can choose to have the violator towed and the Reserved Parker will receive a full refund. If you are disappointed with any transaction, each individual can rate the owner or parker on ParkXL Feedback, as they do with all other apps including eBay, AirBnb, etc.

- As with RESERVED Parking, violators could be towed or fined at vehicle owners expense.
- As with RESERVED Parking, you pay an agreed amount for a reserved length of time.
- ParkXL replaces all Meters and Metered parking systems and requires NO CASH.
- NO METER MAIDS are requires. All Transactions are on line.
- ParkXL requires NO parking attendants. It is policed by the individual that has rented the parking space and the owner of that space.

- ParkXL makes it Easy for an owner to rent their driveway, parking lots, church lots, vacant lots, city lots, boat docks, etc to a variety of vehicles. The owner chooses which vehicles that they will allow to park on their lots, the days and times available, and the price for the spaces.
