How does Rum taxi work?

1. Download the RUM Taxi Pasajero app and register.
2. Enter your location and your destination.
3. Select the payment method
4. Click on “Travel now” and we will find the closest driver.
You will be able to see all the information of the vehicle and the driver, including where it is and the time
it will take to reach your address.
5. Remember to rate your experience at the end of the trip. Your opinion matters to us
to help us maintain our quality service.

In addition, you can make a taxi reservation through the APP and we take care of sending it on the selected date and time.
You can contact the driver or the callcenter and request a taxi through our chat and call platform.
