For public charging, the shabik app allows you to:
1. See and locate on the map all the compatible charging stations
2. Reserve a plug for 15 minutes and look at the fastest route to reach it
3. Start and stop charging sessions
4. Redeem shabik voucher to top up your account
5. Monitor the supplied energy and charging power in real time
6. Pay for your sessions through the app
7. Be notified when new charging stations are installed in your area
8. Receive live notifications related to an active charging session
9. Monitor your consumption and previous charging sessions
10. Access the closest available charging station through the App
For private charging, the app allows you to:
1. Start and stop charging sessions and monitor them
2. Receive live notifications related to an active charging session

"شابك" هو افضل طريقة تشحن بها مركبتك الكهربائية، استخدم تطبيق "شابك" للشحن في محطات الشحن العامة التي تندرج ضمن شبكة "شابك" وفي المنزل باستخدام شاحنك الخاص.
هل تريد الاشتراك بالخدمة؟ حسنا...بعد تنزيل التطبيق وانشاء حسابا لك، اشحن رصيدك باستخدام كوبونات "شابك" المدفوعة مسبقا. وبذلك تكون جاهز للبدء بشحن مركبتك!
يتيح تطبيق شابك المزايا التالية عند استخدامه لمحطات الشحن العامة :
1. عرض وتحديد موقع كافة محطات الشحن العامة المناسبة
2. حجز مسبق لمد 15 دقيقة لمحطة الشحن، وارشادك الى اسرع طريق للوصول لها.
3. بدء وايقاف عملية الشحن
4. اعادة تعبئة رصيدك بواسطة كبونات الشحن الخاصة بشابك
5. مراقبة كمية الطاقة المستهلكة وقدرة الشحن بشكل لحظي
6. سداد قيمة الشحن من خلال التطبيق دون الحاجة للنقود الورقية
7. اشعار في حال تم تركيب محطة شحن جديدة في منطقتك
8. استقبال اشعار فوري عن عملية الشحن
9. مراقبة الطاقة المستهلكة، وسجل الشحنات السابقة
10. الوصول الى اقرب محطة شحن متاحة من خلال التطبيق
اما بالنسبة لاستخدام تطبيق "شابك" لمحطات الشحن المنزلية الخاصة فان التطبيق يتيح لك المزايا التالية:

2. استقبال اشعار فوري عن عملية الشحن
3. مراقبة الطاقة المستهلكة، وسجل الشحنات السابقة
