"YolKart", developed for cashless payments in public transport, is the closest guide for users. Thus, the plastic card contains information about the map of the Shamakhi, its historical and cultural monuments, and catering facilities. It is possible to get written and visual information about the historical and cultural monuments of the region by reading the plastic card with the camera of the mobile phone where the "Shamakhi YolKart" application is downloaded. The application is presented in Azerbaijani, Russian and English.
