Get in your room in a few simple steps:
1) Check in to your hotel online, at the kiosk, or at the reception desk.
2) Get your login details for the STAR e-key app from your hotel.
3) Print your login details or have them sent to your email.
4) Download the Star e-key app and sign in.
5) Log in with the details you received.
6) In the app you can see all the doors assigned to you.
7) Approach your hotel lock with your smartphone and open your room.
