Shipping with Transsporter is easy—here’s how it works:
- Just open the app, sign up and tell us the item you’d like us to deliver and its shipping info. Take a photo and set your asking price for delivery to get a comparison vs UPS, FedEx and USPS.
- The app will notify our drivers of your delivery request.
- When a driver accepts your request, you’ll see your driver’s picture and rating.
- Message your driver to arrange pickup.
- After the delivery, you can rate your driver and provide feedback to help us improve the Transsporter experience. You’ll also get a receipt by email.
Ship with peace of mind with Transsporter. All our drivers have passed background checks as part of the on-boarding process. If you ever have an issue with a shipment, you can report it to us and our support team will handle it accordingly.
