Setup your goals: number of meals in your plan, protein, carbs & fat, then either plan your meals yourself or let BuildMyDiet generate them for you. If you need a last minute change to your plan: no worries. At any time, you can substitute any food of your plan by the selection of your choice.

Simply let BuildMyDiet take care of the maths, or adjust any food quantity as your will. You're given the easiest & ready-to-use meal planner. Follow your plan & you're guaranteed to stay on track.

Diet Main Page
> generates a new list of random meals close to target macros
> Full summary of target/current macros by tapping on top header
> Customize: brings to
>>Meal details page to focus on specific meal
>> add food item
>> remove food item by sliding item to the left
>> adjust quantity
>> substitute one food item by clicking on food icon (matrix computation behind to optimize quantity of all food items to meet target macros of current meal — default all to 1 serv size if current list of food items is too wild & optimization failed)

Summary
> to easily copy & share summary of your current template

Recipes
> to easily get macros per serving for all your recipes
> it creates a new food item being a serving of your recipe :)

Settings
> set up your target macros
> Create Food > create as many food items as you need
> Manage Food to:
>> edit your favorites
>> edit the macros of any existing item (long press on the name from the popup)
>> remove any items permanently by sliding to the left

Last Bonus > we do NOT track/record/store/use any data. This app works only locally, on your device. The simplest macros-tracking tool made for YOU.
