What is personal order?
If you wish to order any product not presented in Tezibu platform, send the photo of product (if available) and write down detailed information to us. We will provide the purchase and delivery of such product as soon as possible.
You may track your order and real-time presence of courier by “Live tracking” function in your mobile apps. You don't even have to tire of the constantly updated tracking process. We will send corresponding notices to you about it.
