INTRODUCING REMOTE RUNBOOKS.

Just like SSH Command Macros, Remote Runbooks rely on SSH but are more powerful.
They automatically fetch scripts from the runnable and present them in the app so you can execute them in one-click and view their output.
All of that with all the required safety net, of course.

This release also fixes large output in SSH sessions and adds a knowledge base to make it easier to understand RebootX capabilities.
