AeroQuote Crew is the companion app for your aeroquote.com subscription — built for pilots, crew, and operations staff who need quick access to bookings and flight operations from the field.
View your assigned bookings, check in passengers, record flight times, and track flights in real time. Every action works offline and syncs automatically when you're back online.

Crew can now scan a freight con-note's QR code to check that cargo onto a leg — fully offline-capable, so scans queue and sync when you're back online. Multi-leg con-notes prompt for the correct leg, and the central scan button on the dashboard handles cargo too, not just passenger boarding passes. The "Check In All" action is now split into "Check-in all Pax" and "Check-in all Cargo" with separate count badges in each section, so freight can be loaded independently of passengers. Plus a small layout tidy: the global scan button no longer overlaps the per-flight one on booking and flight detail screens.
