Site Task Management
Project teams can easily create, view, assign and respond to digital forms directly from their mobile phone or tablet. These are linked to Asite’s powerful web platform to maintain a single source of truth. Users can attach media to tasks, including photos, videos and comments to allow for accurate record keeping. QR codes streamline workflows to find locations and raise Forms more efficiently.
Offline availability
Take a whole or part-project offline, depending on the device storage capability. This will give true mobility where you don’t need to be concerned about the availability of mobile data. Site Tasks and Location-based Forms can be taken offline by Location if your project is too large to take the whole thing offline.
Online availability
Many construction mobile solutions only allow you to work with your Projects after you have downloaded your project data via a lengthy initial download sync. For some large projects this isn’t an option, or if you work on multiple sites. Asite Field allows you access to any of your projects online provided you have mobile data.
Integration
Site Tasks and Location-based mobile Forms are first-class citizens of the Asite ecosystem by design. Forms raised and processed on mobile devices are as accessible and secure within the CDE environment as any other CDE-controlled documents, giving you data ‘peace of mind’.
