CurbX’s primary function is to allow users to identify potential investment properties and quickly send the owner of each property a postcard asking if they might be interested in selling their property. This postcard is designed to start a dialogue with the property owner so that you can determine whether or not the owner may be willing to sell at all - and at a price point that is acceptable to you.

Here’s how it works:
- Use our map to identify nearby properties
- Select the properties you’re interested in reaching out to
- Tap “Blast” to send a postcard to each of the selected property owners
- Each postcard will be delivered to the listed owner asking them whether they would be interested in selling their property

Fortunately, our targeted philosophy helps you as an investor inquire after specific properties rather than canvassing an entire neighborhood using a traditional volume marketing approach.
