The selection of human resources is increasingly central in larger organizations and this is why recruiters need cutting-edge tools.
The new process created by CVING allows the most worthy candidates to be contacted by businesses in the advanced phase of the selection process.
Currently this process happens through phone or email, procedures that are today obsolete as they require time and do not allow a clear vision of the candidate.
Research shows that only 7% of communication is vocal, therefore it is important to be able to watch people as they interact, move and what emphasis they demonstrate. Meeting each and every candidate is unthinkable, so CVING has created a new tool: the Pending-Interview.
Candidates receive five questions on the CVING app, which they have to answer within a week through an on-demand self-video. They have 30 sec to think about the answer and, once ready, up to 60 sec to record it.
A particular feature of CVING is the background behind the candidate, which will always be white and uniform, to help people not to worry about the surrounding environment. It is an actual interview, but “when and where you want”.
Only CVING has developed such concept, thanks to the algorithm of machine learning necessary for the ability to capture the moving person and exclude the background.
As confirmed by experts in the field of recruiting, this is the new format and it is important that the young candidates prepare to sustain interviews of this kind.
Recruiters receive the video interviews and can evaluate them according to their own metrics; they can invite the candidates they like the most on site, for an interview in person and closer to the deciding phase of the selection.

In order to support the change towards an innovative, digital and meritocratic system, CVING makes available a training area where to answer the questions that are most commonly asked by businesses in a job interview. It is then possible to acquire familiarity with this tool and also to prepare to give adequate answers to relevant questions.

In the app, there are also two very useful tools:
- Personality tests:
they help candidates to understand themselves better, while aiming at searching for jobs that are most suitable to their personality. In fact, personality is often considered one of the main reasons of success for a new employee, according to business experts.
If a candidate is gifted at a certain job and they work complementarily with their team, it is definitely easier to reach objectives. It must be underlined that the results of the test are personal and therefore visible only if the candidate chooses so.
- CV in the CVING format:
this CV requires few information, which are compiled in a synthetic and schematic layout. Once it is filled out, it can be exported in a catchy format and can be attached in new applications, for whatever job. The originality of the CV can catch the attention of who analyses it, increasing the probability of being upgraded to the next selection phase.

CVING is the new method for candidates to be contacted in the advanced phase of the recruiting process. Such an innovative method will allow everyone to truly express themselves and not just be a piece of paper, because personality, attitude and competences can only be communicated through video. The format with a white background is surely an incentive to respond to the calling of businesses.
