Club management system specially designed for community sailing clubs that have a high level of boat activity. Manage Members, Memberships, Passes, Member Skills, Inventory, and daily rental activity.

While optimized for busy boating clubs the system can be used for any other type of club that needs to manage members, inventory and/or daily rental activity.

digiClubZone allows a club to manage and track daily activity between inventory and members. It makes it easy to know what inventory a member is qualified to use by keeping track of member passes and member skills for each type of inventory.

The system prevents members from checking-out inventory they are not qualified for and will let the Club-Master know after conditions change what members are checked-out over their skill level.

digiClubZone allows you to easily and quickly manage your members and rental activity. The system is not a POS, you would use your favorite POS system for any billing needs.

Member Management: Manage guest memberships, passes, skills for inventory usage, and their history.

Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory usage and keep notes for each item. Easily change status to included or exclude from rental system.

Waitlist: Waitlist a guest and alert via text or email when inventory is ready.
