At present not all ranges of bearings are using the new 2D barcoding system but this is being increased all the time. Look out for the 2D Barcode on the bearing and / or the box!

Scan the 2D barcode on the bearing or the box to confirm it's an authentic product and gain detailed measurements relating to that specific bearing as well as general information on the bearing type.

2. Track Your Orders
Once verified you will be able to track any orders made with the HQW Group through the initial order process, production, assembly and then shipping. This gives you full transparency of your order, the delivery date and delivery tracking information all from your mobile.

3. Easy Ordering
Browse the catalogue or use a recent scan to order more parts, which will be able to be tracked using the same app.

4. Engineering Support
Have a direct link to request support and advice from the engineers that designed your bearing.
