JobFile allows you to manage your tasks from builders. You can accept, reject or propose an alternate date for a task. Once a task is booked in you can see your tasks in calendar view, upload attachments, notes and purchase orders as well as view those from the builder. You can even create your own jobs and tasks to assign these among members of your team.

Check with your builder to see if they are feeding JobFile their jobs and tasks, if not you can direct them to contact us at JobFile.

Ability to add a manager to a task.
Ability to assign a timesheet resource to a task.
Option to create a timesheet resource (contractor) for a task if the desired option is not listed.
