MAPL plant has a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility to produce world class ACPs. Our plant has manufacturing facility to produce Aluminium Composite Panels ranging from 2 mm to 6 mm thickness, with Aluminium skin ranging from 0.18mm to 0.5mm, involving tailor made width and length up to 1240 mm and 1550 mm in PVDF paint for exterior applications and Polyester for interior applications. MAPL is equipped to produce over 6500 Sq. mtr. of ACPs everyday and is in the process of enhancing the capacity to increase production to cater to the overseas market. Our manufacturing unit boasts of having dynamically trained and experienced professional technocrats.

MAPL has state of art plant at Sabarkantha, Gujarat that is accredited with ISO 9001-2015 & ISO 14001:2004 certification and also certified by India’s reputed testing institutions.

We manufacture Aluminium composite panel (acp) sheets, partition panel, hpl sheet, fire grade acp, bus body acp sheet as well as classic acp sheets with variegated textures, designs, colors and range. Our ACP sheets come in various series like stone series, sparkling series, wood series, solid color series, metallic series, corporate series and marble series. Our products boast of weather resistant, fire retardant, moisture resistant and dust resistant features making them a great buy for industrial houses, building exteriors and facades, laboratories and corporate cabins. Our products are designed to be able to fit and install anywhere without any installation fuss. Architects, construction companies, builders and interior designers have derived great advantages of using our products.

Our products are world-class and to consistently achieve this, we have an ultra modern Testing Lab that has highly sophisticated and precise testing equipment. With the conduction and application of a wide variety of tests we are able to simulate products in different environmental conditions. Our test lab achieves precise and great simulator efficiency in assessing our products. This is one of the reasons why our products meet all the national as well as international quality standards and approvals.
